Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or
cancel an appointment, we request a 24-hour notice. Clients who do not honor their appointments will be charged a cancellation
fee as follows:
More than 24-hour notice: Package will be cancelled without charge
Less than 24-hour notice: 50%
of the package price
Failure to Show: The entire package or service price
Scheduling
To ensure your desired appointment time, we recommend you
reserve your next service prior to leaving the salon. Please be advised weekend appointments are typically reserved 4-8 weeks
in advance. Weekday appointments can usually be accommodated in 2-3 weeks.
For Your Peace Of Mind
Your spa services are designed to be relaxing
and therapeutic. To allow yourself time to change and relax, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service.
A late arrival may result in a shorter service or rescheduled appointment.
For Your Comfort
Robes, towels, slippers, and shower facilities are available
during your spa visit. Garment bags will be available for your personal belongings, however, we are not responsible for lost
or stolen items. Please refrain from wearing jewelry to skin and body care services..
